"I called wanting information and they were so polite and very helpful over the phone. Next thing I know I was offered a walk in appointment within the next hour. I was extremely happy about that especially knowing that I had an event to go to later on in the afternoon. When I got there at first I was a little nervous since this had been the first time I’ve been in the salon since I was a child and only my fourth haircut ever in life. Precious and her wonderful colleague made me very comfortable and the vibe was also wonderful between Stylist and the other customers. It almost felt like I was sitting in room with friends. Precious did an amazing job with my hair. She informed me of everything that she was doing or wanted to do an ask my opinion before doing anything to my hair. My visit was quick but didn’t feel rushed. I did a tiktok of my transformation which can be viewed @123reddie or Ig @123reddie_or_not (mad I can’t post it here) I’m very happy I came to Plush hair salon and will be returning. "Wanted to wait the 2 weeks to see if I got heat damage from my silk press (and I didn’t)! Nonetheless I enjoyed my experience with Precious. I have not had my hair straightened in 6 years since a bad experience at another salon, but Precious was very gentle and knowledgeable of the task. I loved feeling my hair move in the wind again. Will definitely come back in the future."

"I hadn’t gotten my hair done at a salon in a long time, like 5 years. So I didn’t quite know how exactly to verbalize what I wanted but I did say I want my hair to be even and have more body. Not go flat after styling. I wanted some curl and even showed a picture of a previous style. For whatever reason, this confused Precious to the point where she was getting a little snippy with me and being condescending. She got through the wash and I said I’ll pay you for what you’ve done so far, I’m good. The shampoo smelled nice and she did a good job washing. I was very afraid that her confusion would lead to my hair being messed up. As I left, I thought…, maybe I’m tripping and I wasn’t descriptive enough. I went to a Dominican salon, used the same description and pictures for the stylist. Despite a serious language barrier, the stylist knew exactly what I wanted. Did my hair with no trouble and I am very happy with the result."

"Very nice salon. You can see that the owner is still working on the finishing, touch in the decor however, her skills are not lacking at all. Patsy did me right! The young lady that washed my hair is fabulous too! My scalp is like Hey!!! My tresses are like ...what you say? Thank you Plush I will definitely be back...see you all soon!"
