"The pricing is fair and the work is excellent. The very first time I visited to get my hair done I was pregnant and heading in to the hospital in a few days. It's my first time going to get my hair braided in a gallery period. My braider was nice and constantly asked if I was okay and if I needed to stop for breaks. They were done too tight and one braid ripped off my edges. The braid that ripped was heavy and not enough of my hair was used to support it, so that's how it ripped from my edges. But they were beautiful box braids and I got a ton of compliments. I knew what to do next time to prevent that from happening. Almost year later to date, my second visit was on Jan 9. I had been waiting for almost an hour, no one told me what was going on or who would be doing my hair. Eventually someone showed up, it was the same woman who did my hair a year ago. No apology for the wait. I got knotless this time to ensure my hair wouldn't be too tight. They even got the grey hair for my front. The braids look amazing but the ends of my hair look bad. I think next time I'll get it curled at the ends or something. Overall, they do great work. Just need to do a little better with customer service."
