"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I booked an appt for 4PM and they didn't even acknolwedge me till 4:30 and then continued for me to wait till 5PM; so why is there an online appt system? And, it all went down hill from there --- this place should stop offering "kids haircuts". I showed a specific picture and the man cut off all of my toddler's hair. It was TERRIBLE! do not bring your child here if you want a decent hair cut for him/her EVEN if you show an image they have the ability to do "whtever they want"."
