"The food here was fresh and good, loved the super greens. The ladies working the food line were nice and efficient. The lady running the register however...speaks insanely fast with a heavy accent, not effiecient, won't listen and WOW RUDE! I can not want to deal with that again. Good job to the ladies working the food though."

"The chicken had a lot of squishy meat, probably fat and the meat tasted raw/old. I was disgusted and had to throw it out after a few bites. Very disappointed"

"This is probably the worst Panda I have ever been to. The staff is rude and feels entitled. They always give you a huge portion of rice and skimp out on the actual meat compared to other locations. The workers definitely need to be retrained."

"The Panda Express at Joint Base Andrews usually does a great job of serving a huge number of customers at peak lunchtime hours. Their staff is efficient and courteous. That is why mistakes stand out and employees who make them leave a bad impression. Yesterday they did not have any Teriyaki Chicken. In a small counter operation with only a handful of entrees, this is disappointing. The alternative Broccoli and Beef was more broccoli than Beef so that was not good. And, no order is complete without the cutlery and the fortune cookie which were missing from my order."

"Came in this afternoon for lunch. They had dirty display bowls with leftover food still stuck on them and they look like they have been sitting out there for well over an hour. Ordered chow mein with pepper chicken. Took one bite of the chow mein and it tasted old, so when I let them know, they just shrugged. Terrible customer service from the worker Queenie. I'm making sure everyone at my unit knows not to come here or else they'll be served old food from a terrible worker."
