"If you’re getting your eyebrows threaded please go to the owner only and not the assistant. If the owner is busy then I’d suggest you wait or come back. I got my eyebrows threaded today by the assistant and they look horrible. Never have I ever had to go home right after getting my eyebrows threaded and tweeze them myself. What am I paying for if I have to do that? The owner herself does a fantastic job however. I really hope she does something about her assistant though."
"I had been going here for almost a year and would swear by the service. It was great! I usually get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Mani was quick, painless, and precise. However, the past few times I’ve been there is another person there who is obviously new and learning, which is fine, but you still have to pay full price for her services and you do not get the same quality. She is painfully slow and not nearly as precise. My eyebrows don’t match now. Some of this may have been my fault because I was squirming because it was so painful. I’m not sure I’ll be back"
