"One of my favorite classic pub with wooded theme and live sports. You cant go wrong with Irish beer and Irish food. Service could be friendlier though - but I don't blame the staff as it is usually overflowing with crowd. That shows how popular this pub is in the neighborhood."

"I can honestly say this was the worst restaurant meal I have ever had. My husband had the corned beef and cabbage. It was a strange grey color and had an awful “off” taste. My husband who is not a picky eater only ate 2 bites. Then my meal was fish and chips. The fish had a slimey layer between the fish and the breading. I was only able to eat two bites. The second bite was an attempt to convince myself that maybe the first bite was an aberration. But sadly it was not. We left a $45 meal because it was simply inedible. We had to go to another restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was such a disappointment because we love Irish pubs. I have no idea why others have rated this place so highly. I would recommend caution if you decide to eat here. We learned a very expensive lesson."

"This was my first visit to this pub and it was very enjoyable! They have outdoor, indoor and bar seating, very personable waitstaff and bartenders and fantastic fish & chips! Laid back, no fuss, understated cool place. They have happy hour too! Parking in this entire area is dicey but there are parallel metered spots and the meters take credit cards. Plus plenty of pay garages. Just allow 10 minutes to park before getting there. I look forward to going back!!"

"The 2 servers Saturday could give a master class in dealing with a rush. The place was all but empty on a Saturday night. We walked in and were directed to a table. The place filled up almost instantly. The servers behind the bar came out and past by each table. They had our order and everyone had drinks in minutes. Friendly atmosphere. Lee really enjoyed the fries. My fish and chips was one of the better ones I have had recently. Magners was served up cold. Sodas were kept full. Well behaved dogs were invited in. Would definitely stop in when the kids wanna ice skate."
