"This location never has a prescription done in a reasonable time frame. I thought it was just from being short-handed, but it's clear that they do not care about customer service. On top of that, they will leave you on hold for over an hour."

"The pharmacy is closed from 1-2 for lunch everyday but don’t bother posting that anywhere just to waste everyone’s time."

"Long waits, prescriptions are often not filled correctly, very untrustworthy, pharmacist is argumentative and unhelpful when problems arise (she won't even work with my doctor to fix script issues). I usually wait 15+ minutes in the drive through and there's always a long line inside. I've transferred every RX out of here. I would recommend avoiding this specific location."

"This CVS is the worse pharmacy to deal with! If you are lucky to even get a pharmacist on the phone, there is a male who I have dealt with a few times and find him not a professional. It is obvious that his attention is other places while he is on the phone with you and always tells you how busy he is. Really!! He certainly is not focused on giving good customer service. I am so frustrated with this pharmacy that I intend on moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am on a medication that I take 3 times a day and always get a it filled in a 90 day supply. Today I picked up the medication and when I got home there were only 28 pills. When I called and asked the reason for this error, I was told that “they were probably trying to help you (really in what way??). He told me that tomorrow I will have to pick up the remaining 246 pills! Let’s see if that is true! I am a registered nurse and this organization is the pits! I would never recommend anyone to use this pharmacy!! Oh by the way, don’t call close to 1:30 bc your call will automatically get cut off as they go to lunch. It will just automatically end your call! Have fun going through the whole process again in trying to get through."

"As a pharmacy they have never gotten my prescriptions right the first time. Something is always lost and causes a lot of extra time spent fixing issues."
