"Drive thru employee yelled at me thru the intercom and at the window saying I was wasting my time by waiting in line to pickup my DoorDash order instead of going to the window to skip the line. Her advice would have been fine if she wasn’t scolding me and belittling me by saying “you wasted your time” and using a nasty tone. Shame on her for ruining my New Year’s Day experience while I was just trying to make some money. Will never return to this location again."
"3.9 STARS - So, the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. Would have gotten 5 stars but 1 or 2 of the employees are pretty unprofessional and just should NOT work in at ANY job where you have to provide ANY customer service. The rest of the employees are great."
"i placed an online order. my fries were packaged incorrectly, i was missing half my food and all of my drinks. i tried calling this location and was left there to ring out until the line went dead 3 times. i have contacted corporate, i hope this location gets looked at soon considering they cant do their job correctly or respond to their customers correctly. very disappointed."
"Every single time I go they mess up my order and take forever at the drive thru, asking me what I got 2-3 times. I got my step son a happy meal and they gave him an already used booklet for his toy which is ridiculous! I recommend never going to this location and go to the Ordnance Rd. location instead."
