Little Caesars Pizza 7562 Governor Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061

"This use to be a OK spot to get pizza but you have these young kids in here working which is not a problem but when they don't have customer service or sanitation skills they don't need to be around food, I called in a order at 5:34 and they tell me the order was not placed during to computer error so the young boy is wiping his nose with his hands and going to open the food door I asked him to wash his hands that is so nasty and he sniffing 100 miles going north then another boy keeps running his hands through his hair and a customer came in he was outside vaping and he did not wash his hands another boy with him no uniform just a pink hoodie and jeans out vamping and goes in and don't wash his hands either I don't think he even work here then they congragate in the front playing where is the leadership here or health department I'm sitting here and my daughter still waiting on her food its 6:15 and still not ready I told her to go somewhere else due to the unsanitary of these kids and don't know who the manager is but they defintlely need and adult here that's clean and value customer service"

"Today wasn't terrible but it was a wait. I decided to get 1 pizza it's been awhile so.i went in I asked how long will the wait be and I was nicely told 15 to 20mins tops. So ok. 30mins later in my defense I work 6am to 5 or 7pm so I'm already tired and hungry and on the edge of being irritable but I wasn't alone I could tell 4 other customers were there getting kinda why so long look and acting but I got the food and it amazes me it seems like each time i go in there it's a new group or crew and they had many workers. But over all order or app order ahead don't wait they truly can't nor do i expect them to honestly know how long it will be before you get your food walking in"

"I understand that things get busy and you can't serve everyone. I have tried to get hot and readys from this location multiple times just to be told they don't have any. Not going back"

"You have a bunch of kids working (not their fault) with no management there or no adults to give direction, on a weekend. Orders over an hour behind. How does it get like that? You got staff literally in there crying because of customers upset that they have to wait over an hour for their hot and ready pizza. The management and maybe even owner of this location really need to step up because nobody working a job should have to go through this, and nobody trying to order here should have to go through this. This is a regulsr occurance at this location. I reiterate, this is not a flaw of the staff, this is completely on management"

"Ordered delivery and got the wrong dessert and I ordered the pretzel pizza but I got a regular pizza with pretzel salt. Took my order back to the store and the kid tried arguing that it was the pretzel when you can clearly see it was not. Probably won't be back. There's always an issue at this store."
