"My daughter and I went to Totally Polished on March 5th. We were treating ourselves to a day of pampering and we couldn’t have been more disappointed. I have never left a negative review before but feel compelled to tell about the experience we had. We we’re running late due to traffic on Rt. 28. We called to let them know. We were met by Maria and Marta and not warmly welcomed. My daughter asked if they carry regular polish to match any of the gels and was gruffly, “No.” Maria was doing my pedicure and was extremely rushed. We had signed up for the Spa Pedicures because we love foot and leg massage s. My sugar scrub couldn’t have been more than 30 seconds and the massage was quick and rough. Maria also made a comment about our lateness saying that she had no traffic issues coming from Montgomery Village! So rude! My manicurist , Helen was pleasant. However, as she was applying my color, I noticed lights swirling on one finger and was told not to worry. By Sunday, the dark pink color looked rust color and many fingers have light swirls. I wish that I could share my pictures. Needless to say, we were so disappointed and I was very unhappy to have spent $170 for this unhappy experience!"

"I went there a week ago and within a few days, 3 of my acrylic tips popped off. They didn’t break or crack from any trauma. They popped off after washing my hands....I’m extremely frustrated, because the whole process took entirely too long in the first place. And it cost more that it was worth. I paid $80 for this manicure, showed her a picture of what I wanted and it still didn’t come out right. But I was just going to let that go until I started losing nails. Lesson learned: If you want to waste your time, or a basic manicure done, go here."
