"I visit this location frequently and the food is always hot and ready, great service. However, I always order a Sweet Tea and multiple times have been handed what I assume to be days old tea that has fermented to the point that you cannot see through it. Very sour gross taste. Please make the tea fresh! EDIT - 1/12/24 Came back and received a sweet tea with gross mold particles suspended in the beverage."

"In my attempt to make things easier for the employees, I do my best to order via the app, however, my order is never correct. I usually end up passing my order back and forth through the window. I get one item, then I have to flag them down again to let them know additional items are still missing (almost every visit). I learned quickly to verify my order before departing. There is also a lack of customer service and the employees seem very disgruntled. I will visit another location in the future."

"They never get your order right even though they literally just have to read it off the screen. NEVER order pickup from the counter cause you will be standing there for 10 mins waiting on someone to acknowledge your presence even when you speak. Over all needs new training and or new employees …"

"We ordered from Mc Donalds app to drive thru. When we arrived we saw that drive thru is closed. We went to inside for to take our order. But the employee said that ‘ drive thru is closed you have to change to your choise’ But the time was 11.40pm and I couldn’t change my chooise and employee lemented to us. But it wasn’t our fault. Because we saw drive thru was open on the app. The foods are awful."
