"Hhhmmmm...not a good experience today. I ordered to go on line and my pickup was scheduled at 1:02pm. I did not get the order until about 1:55pm and the strawberry lemonade was water with strawberries...nothing lemon about it. The manager sent one of the hosts to convey a message that I would receive an adjustment on my bill. Immediate communication regarding the issue with waffle machine would have definitely been helpful as I could have ordered something different to avoid the long wait time. I haven't given up on this store. I will order again. Shout out to the hosts. They were very helpful."
"Restaurants ratings should have a star rating for cleanliness. There was only 1 waitress on duty, but somehow, she managed to give excellent service, I was impressed! The food was great, and the service was excellent. I gave a 2 star on the atmosphere because of table condiments being dirty. These should be bleach wiped after each customer as to not spread germs and contagions."
"Do not dare go to this place if it's even half full. It will be 10 minutes to order and another 20 minutes before you even get your food. If there's a line, turn around. A bit worn out furniture getting beat up. July 2023 visit I had to flag down a waitress to order, took 6 minutes. Minutes for eggs Benedict and they were solid as a rock. Has this country forgotten how to poach an egg? Expect to wait on most weekends. On my last visit my waitress was excellent and food was fresh. Two egg breakfast, just what I was looking for. Eggs Benedict was pretty tasty, but they were OVERCOOKED. The poached eggs weren't running at all. Great waitress AY brought me out some new Benedict's. Unfortunately the cooks over compensated and undercooked the poached eggs where the whites were runny."
