"My name is Meredith and my family and I ordered breakfast from our neighborhood IHOP in Bladensburg, MD, which we've been coming consistently for years. This has been again one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever experienced. Dionne (Our Waitress) and Julia (Store Manager) who have served us for years, greeted us with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! All the food was was outstanding, super fresh and mouthwatering. The ambiance is very beautiful and laid back. Their dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the IHOP brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Dionne and Julia both deserve big raises and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for their amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks IHOP for hiring these jewels of employees to represent your magnificent restaurant business! :o)"

"Simple pleasant and quiet attentive staff. I had a burger and a blue moon. Our waitress was very classy and my Aunt who I was with insisted we tip her a solid $20 on a $40 ish bill. Made sense. There were a decent amount of kids so it is quite family friendly. Great job everyone! Thank you so much for your effort and attentiveness at your work! God Bless!"

"The experience was truly a delight. I went in the middle of the day craving pancakes and coffee. The staff warmly greeted us as did our server. Everything came out hot and ready not long after ordering. I always feel appreciated with their military discount and wanted to share my extremely pleasant experience of excellence."

"Visit the restaurant at approximately 6 pm, I saw woman employee laying on bench in waiting area. Which didn't create a inviting atmosphere. Saw only 4 tables occupied. We were seated quickly but waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. In the booth were 3 young ladies with very loud vulgar language being used. The food came in an excepted time, after that no interaction with anyone for over 15 minutes to see how the food was or refill drinks. In addition the order was not correct. We were not satisfied. We paid the bill and left. This was not a good dinner experience , along with poor service. I am 70 years old and this is not how I know IHOP to be. Times have changed."
