"I like the new look inside the restaurant, but the area where you pick up your food is smaller, and it gets extremely crowded. If there is an issue with your order, it's hard to get to the counter to get it fixed because there are so many people. Also, ther staff at the pick up counter seems to ignore you. I miss the drink refil station because it takes so long to wade through the people waiting for their orders and the staff doesn't help. The best way to get a drink refill is to wait in line like you're making a new order. Otherwise, the next best way it to just order a new drink on the app."

"I went there last night with my girlfriend, we place an order on the app 10 minutes prior to arriving at the drive through, where we waited for about 5 minutes at the microphone to hear “hold on a second” from the guy We sat for 10 minutes waiting patiently just so we could confirm our pickup. Then when we arrived at the window all of the employees inside had their back turned from us and were intentionally ignoring us for another 10 MINUTES. (We were counting time because we were very late for a movie at the cinemark) I should also note that we did not see anybody in the building wearing a uniform or any form of employee identification, I was starting to question if anybody actually worked there. They were laughing and yelling and throwing stuff at each other before finally giving us our order after a grand total of over 20 minutes at the drive through. Will never go here again this place is not professional at all and I am worried if the food is even safe to eat given our terrible customer experience. We arrived at 9:50 and left at 10:15, corporate needs to do a check up on this location BADLY"

"Ordered breakfast and had to wait almost 30 minutes for it. Asked to speak to the manager and I asked for my money back and she kept insisting my order was coming. At that point they were serving lunch and lunch orders were coming out left and right. So I explained lunch orders were being filled and I was still waiting for my breakfast order. Then she calls me honey and tells me they are behind. I ask her how that is my problem, I just want some food. Then I ask for money back or comp me as a 30 minute wait at any fast food restaurant is ridiculous. She says either you get your money back or you keep waiting for your food. My order was literally $10. For $10 you lost a customer forever! And this is why I eat a Chick-fil-A."

"Went to this location on a humble. big mistake. Put our order in we asked for fries with no salt and one Hi C orange and a sweet tea. We were given two HiC oranges and fries with salt. When we brought it to the guy attention he instantly got an attitude. Told us to pull up. We said we would wait . He went and got the assistant manager Brianna who was very rude to us. She started yelling at us telling us that we needed to move up and that we were not special and not entitled. We never stated that we were. She kept being disrespectful and when we asked for the general manager’s information she stated that we could get it off line and that she was not providing it. For a total of $20.75 that type of treatment was not worth it. Why work somewhere that you are not happy."

"This has to be one of the best McDonald's locations in MD. I always do a mobile order and the food at this location is always fresh, the customer service is always good, the ambiance inside is always pretty chill and plenty of seating, and they pay attention to specific order requests like "no salt" on burgers and fries, which is a HUGE deal for me. Yesterday I tried the new Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Double QP with no salt and the burger was fresh and tasted really good! However, I am not a huge fan of cheese sauce and would just prefer a regular bacon double QP lol."
