"I love it when you can get fantastic tasting food and feel great afterwards. Cava has some amazing options. Service could use some work. I dislike how they don't explain what is included and not or what is in some items (dairy, egg, wheat...) They just point to the signs on the glass. But in the end the food is amazing. The drink bar is great too. It's fast food but good food too."

"The restaurant is kept very clean with a bit of a rustic look to the furniture and decor. The food is made quick and well in a sort of chipotle style system. And of course when it comes to the food you'll likely not get bored by any means with the bright competing flavors."

"I was charged for a side of rice which is available on my bowl. I didn't want it with the veggies etc since I wasn't eating it right away and rice cold is a no go. I didn't get any on my bowl at all and didn't realize the charge until I had left. I've never been charged that before at other locations altho I've only been maybe 2 other times. It would have been nice to be told there would be an additional charge if this is correct. Not good service. Mind you, I tried calling several times and couldn't reach anyone."

"Great potential poorly delivered. Bad service: the lady behind the counter asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a spicy lamb meatball pita.. She then chatted to her fellow employee about non work related stuff for nearly a minute before she set a pita down for my pita. They both continued to chat, pita just sitting there for nearly another minute. The guy she was talking to then asked me what I wanted and I inform him. He builds the pita and asks if I want anything else. I let him know I’d like a spicy falafel on the side. It doesn’t make it into the bag. As I pay I let the lady working the register know I’d like a spicy falafel on the side. She repeats it back to me. I still don’t the darn falafel as she rings me up. Bad food: great sounding ingredients, exceptionally poorly delivered. Good was just above room temperature, flavorless, and the pita was soaked. There was nearly 1/8 cup of fluid the soggy pita was unable to soak up. Restaurant appeared clean and pleasant."

"I chose to meet friend from out of town here. It was our first time eating in CAVA. I wasn’t sure I’d like it so we decided to meet for drinks only. Once we arrived, one person said she was hungry and got in line. Then, naturally we followed suit. I got the make your own bowl and it was the best decision ever. This is a very nice place. The service was OK, not much displayed personality. However, the food was great. It taste so clean and free of unhealthy stuff. However, the highlight was the drinks selection. I chose the strawberry citrus mixed with lemonade. It was so good! All in all, it was a great visit and we will visit again. Definitely recommend it!"
