The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

"Went for dinner tonight. The wait took forever when it was not busy. Someone had to walk to the waiter/waitresses to get someone to seat them. The food was lacking in quality. The double stack Patty melt had one small mini slider on each side instead of two smash burgers stacked. The pecan salad was basically a side salad instead of a meal. Just unfortunate."

"Not a bad place to watch a game or have some food. The cheese sticks were particularly good. I had the chicken tenders and my wife had the beyond burger. The food was all pretty decent. Wasn’t a huge fan of the sweet tea but I’m pretty picky on that front. The service was also pretty good so not too many complaints!"

"Edit: this location has not gotten better. I've been to this location five or more times now. This is the worst Greene Turtle I've been to. Multiple times I have been there, there is no hostess to greet me at the door. Even though the restaurant is empty, it takes ten minutes to get seated. I've also had a very pleasant experience with the staff. They are kind. Food orders here consistently take at least 25 minutes to get out of the kitchen even when the restaurant is empty. I've waited more than 40 minutes for my food. My most recent visit was the most disappointing of all. Normally Greene Turtle has excellent fish and chips. They make a big deal about battering the stuff fresh. What I received was about the size of 1.5 tilapia filets (though I believe they're supposed to be cod) served with an old, crusty lemon that had been sitting for a long time. The pieces of fish were barely bigger than the French fries. Our appetizer of pretzel sticks were luke warm (which is surprising because ever other time I've ordered them, they are extremely hot). They also just didn't seem to be given the same detail as other Greene Turtles. We had to ask for the beer cheese that was supposed to be served with the pretzels, and when it came it clearly had a crust from sitting in the plastic cup for a long time. It seems as though the kitchen as just given up at this location. I really hope this location can make some improvements because I really like this chain. They normally deliver good quality food. I still go here about every 1-2 months, and I look forward to updating this review when they make some improvements."
