IHOP

"Took shelter in here during a massive storm because the Bay Bridge-- our only way of getting home-- was closed. Didn't catch the name of the lady working the front that night, but she was beyond pleasant and extremely accommodating of us while we hunkered down and waited for the bridge to reopen. She even gave us recommendations and directions to hotels we could stay at should the need arise. Major kudos to her. The food was also pretty good."

"Even during flood warnings and massive wind restrictions where the bridge was closed, this iHop and its staff welcomed us and accommodated us in every way they could and more. The atmosphere was great, the space was clean. Above all their customer service was impeccable. The staff made a lasting impression. (Oh and the food was delicious too!)"

"Once again, an IHOP cooked the Salmon absolutely perfect! I have stopped going to Denny’s to get a salmon meal and made IHOP my go to for that meal. Service was okay. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. My problem was the restaurant cleanliness and smell. It really wreaked of old dirty mob water. And the floor was sticky. It really detracted from the meal. I almost didn’t stay because of the smell when I walked in, but I was really looking forward to a Salmon meal after driving all day."

"My kids like IHOP, it's like a normal option for them, but not this time. We passed by this place thinking it will be similar to others that we have been in. It was cooler and we waited for more than 20 minutes to be seated ! We asked someone PSA by us if someone can help us and find us a table! Another family with us ! Left the place ! We were like no one see us ! After this unpleasant waiting ! We ordered the food ! Which took around 45 minutes to get the food ! The eggs was still RAW not done ! The toast took another 10 minutes to find its way to the table ! The Omelette Spinach was not done! We couldn't finish any dish!! The server was doing her best to cover orders with a smile on her face ! Definitely not going back there ! It was not so pleasant experience and we went out from there to find a different place to eat at."
