"Ordered a medium #1 Whopper meal w/cheese at the drive thru. The price on the outside board was one price the person the took my order told me another price. When I got to the window to pay I was charged even more! Beware of this franchise they scam you! The price went from $9.and change to $12.and change. AND the food was not hot! Never again!!"

"Incredibly astonished by the lack of customer service today received by Maria. I am a Door Dash Driver & requested the dipping sauce be traded/swapped with ranch per the customers request. I even went as far to begin showing the request but was immediately met with a no and that it would cost $0.25. I paid the cost because the trade off was allowing the food quality to die in the window while the customer connected to a Door Dash customer service team member (likely resulting in the store having to replace the entire order due to food quality). I understand cost on all items but sometimes customer service should supersede the incident. Maria did not know how to navigate this at all with kindness. She was incredibly dismissive and rude."

"Ordered whopper without tomato for delivery. They pit tomato on whopper. Could not eat. Tried calling, only to get a voice-mail message in Spanish. So disappointed that this corporation does not care about customer satisfaction as they make it impossible to contact a real person to voice concerns to and don't appear that they check that stores in USA are fully English speaking!"

"My cashier Wenderlina was very rude and the manager had to come over to apologize on her behalf saying “sorry she’s confused.” It’s one thing to have miscommunication, it’s another thing to start laughing and shaking your head at customers and their families. Burger King has good food for its value but I will not be back at this location."

"First time customer became hooked for life! My son is the Burger King and he now reigns over his namesake with no remorse for McDonald’s, 5 Guys or any local burger joint. Hilariously cannot get the “BK-have it your way” jingle out of our mouths and can’t wait to return for more burgers and smiles! The burgers are the size of a child’s head!"
