"This is the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle in a long time. We ordered online and it was actually ready at the time it was ordered for. I haven’t been to this location before today, but I would return. Only reason I gave 4 star is because I don’t think the corn was slacked long enough, it was still frozen."

"My first issue is they are ALWAYS out of items, but that's not my biggest issue. Yesterday I ordered 2 kids quesadilla meals for my children online. Once I get it home there was NO CHEESE in either one of the quesadillas! How do you make a quesadilla with no cheese?! My children were hungry so I quickly prepared them another meal and went back up there with the missing food items. The manager seemed confused and when she finally understood the situation she tried to make more food. Since I already made my kids a new lunch, I didn't want another lunch but a refund instead, and a credit for all the inconvenience. The manager REFUSED to give a refund because it was a mobile order though the evidence was right in her face and a credit was definitely out of the question! To have a business refuse to issue a refund in person when they make such a huge error is beyond mind blowing to me and unacceptable! Chipotle has to do better!!!"

"Ordered food for pick up and went to pick it up, got there 10 min before they were supposed to close and they had the doors locked, so I was pounding on the door for 3 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. When I asked why the door was locked 10 min before they closed knowing that someone was coming to get food. The person said they locked the doors since no one was there. I asked for his name and he refused to answer and just handed the food to me and closed the door. Checking the food, there was a beetle in the bag with my food and there was a hair in one of the bowls."

"Located in the Waugh Chapel Town Centre right off Route 3. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. I had not been to this location in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ‘bowl.’ Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, no guacamole. Two bowls were ~ $20 total, very reasonable. Very nice serving size, brought home for leftovers. The food was fresh and tasty, as I was hoping. The server and cashier were both friendly. Now the negative. The eating area was in complete disarray. Multiple tables had not been wiped down (food was literally on the tabletop). Chairs were strewn. The trash cans were almost full. The area where you get your utensils and drinks was a mess and dirty. Absolutely unacceptable (for management, 3 pm on 08/21/22). Until this has been fixed, I will only do take out there."

"I have been to this location twice. Both times packaging and food was horrible. This particular order was delivered. I ordered 3 soft tacos and this is what I received tacos wrapped in foil. At first, I thought it was a burrito. Ordered large chips and queso. I counted 16 chips in the bag and they were stale. I wonder how many days the bag was left on their shelf. Very disappointing. I think staff and management need to have care for patrons. I would not serve this food to my dog. It had no taste and poorly packaged."
