"This place does provide a better experience than most fast food places in Bowie. That is typical for Chik-fil-a. But, at this point I just expect them to miss the little things. They forget sauces, dressings, cheese, etc at least 50% of the time. I get it is difficult to balance speed and accuracy when you’re busy loading up the bag. But the errors are more regular than not."

"the worst experience i’ve ever had to deal with. The customer service people are absolutely awful and rude, my food never got delivered but i couldn’t get it resent to me. I asked the lady dealing with my order to get it resent and she writes me off saying i’ll get a call back and never calls me back. Im traumatized by this experience. Shame on you Chick fil lay. "It was ok. But as far as Chick-fil-A reputation compared to other locations is concerned, it was kinda on the low end. Service was slow and ordering inaccurate, though the staff were nice and fixed situation when they were notified."

"This location used to be really awesome, and their drive thru would be incredibly fast. In the past year or so it has seemed to decline. Friday night, I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru just for milkshake and their were out of the new flavoring that I wanted to try. Their service is still better than most other fast food places."
