"Absolutely the rudest workers, who are also the slowest. Multiple times they've refused to serve a mobile order in the drive through, even though I selected drive through pickup. It's kind of bizarre how rude they get."

"I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. I’m A restaurant manager myself and the wait times are unacceptable, my spicy nuggets were cold and they still put mayo on my burger! The only thing that was good were the fries. You guys need to hire more employees and train them properly."

"My experience at any Wendy’s location is a longer wait time than other fast food chains, however this location managed to stand out. After doing an online order, through the app ahead of time, to save time, they redirected me from the drive thru line to a designated online ordering parking spot - where I sat for almost 30 minutes. Finally, upon entering into the clearly understaffed restaurant I could see my order just sitting there on the shelf, completely forgotten, with at least 4-5 other customers waiting to order. Please do better, staff your restaurants"

"I drove about 6 mikes to come to this location soecifically for lunch. This fast food chain has a realky good promotion for just $5.00 called the Biggie Bag, and I chose the double stack burger option. The promotion includes small fries, 5 piece nuggets and a small drink I have rarely spent any time in this part of town, but there is definitely a stark difference between this location and other locations in DC and Virginia. Here they do not provide a self-serve drink machine, and any fountain drinks must be requested at the counter. The couple of employees working behind the counter could be heard from the dining room, screaming amongst themselves. i would come back here if Im in the area for the food only, but not necesarily the dining experience."

"I understand that they were busy, but serving uncooked chicken Patti is it unethical. But this is too much, if you are tired, simply closed the store. Seriously, your team has no humanity left."
