"Soooo, the food was good and reasonably priced. The service was good and the food came out in about 15 minutes. The only reason I gave a low overall score is because the ALE house had warm beer and there was cellophane from ice in my old fashioned. There needs to be better quality control. Warm beer should have never been served. PS. They did comp beer and drink, but should have been more considering the hiccups on the drinks."

"We celebrated our office holiday lunch here 12/20, we had a party of 12 that trickled in at different times. Mercia was terrific!! There was another young lady who also kept checking on us but we never got her name, she had tatts & wore a ball cap. Everyone was satisfied with their food. It came out hot & fresh! No mistakes or having to send anything back & with a party of 12, that was wonderful!! And the lunch specials are very affordable & filling. But Wing Wednesday was the winner for sure!! 12 for $12! Can’t wait to come back & try some other items!"

"I was quite skeptical about the experience because of all the confusion at the door. I believe a manager stepped up and resolved the issue. We waited next and were sat at a table within 15 minutes. The wait wasn't long for how busy it was. My Star Service Employee - Mercia 10/10 on customer service. Mercia went above and beyond and worked amazingly under the busy night and pressure. She was a pleasure to have serve our table. I will ask for her everytime because the kind of service she gave was great. She was kind, attentive, patient, and explained things on the menu and made it all an enjoyable experience. Food - The steak (medium well) and teriyaki, w/loaded baked potato and house salad. I'd give the food a 9/10. Only because that au jus sauce had to be used for the pot stickers. We need a sauce yall. Pot stickers can be good on their own but if my counterparts didn't order the French onion hoagie w/sauce or dip, those things would have never left the plate. Everything else was good. Really good."

"Was excited to find out one of these in Prince George's! Many just changed up! I got the prine rib burger add 2 burger patty for 3.99 and loaded mashed potatoes. Wife got fish tacos and u added I dozen fried shrimp for 3.99 for our appetizer. Absolutely amazing food and service! Highly recommend. We always go to one in Bel Air we are not from this area. We're visiting."
