"I usually go to this place once a month for a trim and generally it’s been ok but today I went there and had my hair cut by a lady called Becky and it’s the worst cut I’ve had in a long long time I asked for a number 7 on the sides and back with between a quarter of an inch to a half inch off the longer hair in the top of my head She cut it lob sided and then when I asked her to correct it she took too much off again on the wrong side - it looks a mess and is incredibly uneven - you would not think that a qualified person had cut my hair - it’s so bad I reckon I couldn’t have made it worse if I had done it myself I told her that I was very unhappy with the cut and she told me that she was the only person there and that she didn’t have any more time to do anything for me, which I thought was unnecessary Unless she could put the hair back that she had just cut off then it’s obvious that she couldn’t do anything now The best thing that could have happened is that I didn’t go there when she was working there because I’ve never seen her before and I won’t have her cut my hair again Very very disappointed and considering if I try another place now Buyer beware"

"Ive been going to this salon for years. All the stylists are so nice and listen to any changes I want to do with my hair. When I make a change, they log into the computer for the next stylist to see. I realy like the sign in app.. i check before I leave home. It takes about 25 minutes to get there . If its crowded then I check in when I'm 15- 20 minutes down the road. If there are only 1 or 2 customers ahead then I check in 10 minutes down the road. It is basically like having an appointment."

"I had an awful experience. My barber must have not heard my request. I asked her for a 3 on the sides, and to scissor trim my curls on the top. Instead, however, she proceeded to strip me of all of my hair, and leave me feeling like a hairless cat. I looked like a goofball. She did a 3 guard all the way around my hair, and wouldn't even stop when I asked her to. I will be going to a new barber shop from now on."
