"Food that i ordered and received was good. workers need to remove the elf on the shelf hiding behind the exit sign. The kitchen and the wait staff need to do a better job of quality control on plates going out that it matches what the customer ordered. Brought this up to the waitress, and the waitress was going to have them replace it. I had an appointment to get to, told her no thanks anyways just take it off the bill. She said ok and after my party was done eating, she brought the check with the items I asked for but not delivered. So I tracked her and a manager down and the manager was at least apologetic, waitress couldn't care . please double check what you ordered is delivered and if not that it's corrected"

"We had not been to Bob Evan’s for years. We came for an early dinner and were impressed with all aspects of our visit. We were seating quickly and our server Michele was right there for us. Her personalty is great and here service is top notch. The food was very good, served quickly and cooked properly. The atmosphere is also very nice, very peaceful and pleasant. We look forward to many return trips."

"Hadn't been to a Bob Evans in year!s. This location was great! Our server (Jackie) was super kind and patient with us. She was very friendly and attentive too. Our food was hot and delicious. Even got my guy to eat sausage gravy which he dislikes but enjoyed it here. The sweet vanilla creme cappuccino was to die for and I highly recommend it! No wait time to be seated or check out. Place was tidy and comfortable. We will be visiting more often!"

"They delivered sausage biscuits and gravy in a cup carrier. I am a equipment operator. No plates in my machine. When I called the manager said we don't give trays. It's not my problem."

"We visited Bob Evans because they have my favorite sausage gravy of all restaurants we’ve visited so far. They have alway received all 5s from me but this one generously gets 4s. There was an attitude from the hostess. Now, I perceived it as an attitude, but the could have been her normal demeanor. If so, the usually attitude of a hostess is usually nicer and more approachable than hers. The waitress was a little impatient. She didn’t like changes and modifications, at first. However, it got a bit better with time. Parts of the order was cold and over done. Replacements were given and they were good. The first batch of gravy was thin, runny, and tasted watered down. The next batch was better. I got maple bacon appetizer. For breakfast, I got the country fried steak with eggs and home potatoes. It also came with banana nut bread. My husband got the blueberry pancakes with sausage patties. He said it very good. We all have had days so it was a nice breakfast overall. Not sure if we will visit this one again because there were just too many factors, but maybe in a far future."
