"Have been a drive thru customer since frequenting this place and never had an issue. Decided to dine in today. Food did not taste as fresh, the cashier was rushed in taking our order even though the line was very short, there was someone cleaning but the place felt dirty and ill maintained."

"Destiny the white manager, Says someone came to get my order already knowing they have their dasher/pick up orders on a separate cubby with the name big and bold and can easily steal orders that way. My dasher showed her my name on her phone and everything that she is the assigned dasher for MY order and still refused to make my food . Ridiculous customer service but if the tables were turned it would be a whole Karen moment. SMH"

"Terrible customer service over the phone compared to the other Laurel location. What business doesn’t use email in 2023? Couldn’t email me a copy of a receipt and was rude over the phone on top of that. Incredible. Called the other laurel store on accident the first time and they were incredible helpful, it was the complete opposite of this location"

"Just ordered delivery and this is how my food arrived. Medium fries with just crumbs filled halfway and my milkshake came in a small cup (there is no size option on the app they automatically sent a small). The prices are much higher when you order delivery and they intentionally give you less food. They think they are prioritizing in person customers but I am the same customer who frequents the store in person, just so happened to order delivery because I don't have a car right now. This is disgraceful."
