"I don't know what to think about this place. They definitely are heavy with some kind of spice in the seasoning and it permeates the entire place; you notice it as soon as you walk in and it's not agreeable. Everything is bathed in butter. There are no utensils and our waiter took 10 mins to come back to us with a claw cracker. Apparently there was only one in the entire restaurant? Hard to get into a snow crab leg without one though so not sure about their strategy here. But even after we cracked into the leg we were disappointed. All of the seafood is tough and seems like it's just spent too much time in the boil water. The clams were tiny and the lobster tail was probably 2 or 3 ounces; no joke. Nothing was worth the money and together with really mediocre service, there's absolutely no value with this place. It is clean and well decorated I guess. The bar seemed busy and we got to say hello to the armed security guy by the entrance when we left so that's good I guess."
"The food is dry with no flavor just straight spicy. The bathroom is disgusting! Couldn’t even change ny baby because the changing table is hanging for dear life!"
"This place is SO GOOD & the prices are decent! Very well seasoned (I get all flavors mixed.) Only complaint is the snow crab legs are extremely small!"
"I've heard good things about Crazy Crab and this was my first experience. The website makes it seem like the only option is "all you can eat," but there are other menu options. I did the "all you can eat." I suggest asking a staff member about pricing because it may be cheaper when you set at the bar. The system they have for ordering is good. You pick 3 appetizers and 3 options for the boil each round. The food comes out quickly. My favorites include the snow crab legs, sweet potato fries, crab balls, chicken tenders, clam strips, and scallops. I went on a Saturday and arrived a little before 6 and the atmosphere was calm and not too crowded. Things changed after 6. There was a live DJ which I'm not a fan of but others seemed to enjoy."
"This was my first visit. Daughters picked the place. Excited about all u can eat seafood until it was time for the bill. We knew if we wanted to take the food to go we had to pay by the pound. We had put in a last order before the kitchen/ restsurant closed so once they brought out the food, they then explained that we would have to pay regardless of we take it or they trashed it. Basically you pay to eat all you can while in the restaurant but whatever is left you pay by the pound to take it or leave it. Not mad at the set up, just felt set up for not having it broke down in the beginning. 6/10"
