"The new owners really turned this place around, EVERYTHING IS AMAZING! We ordered the spicy tenders, pulled pork sandwich, ribs, wedges, biscuits and Mac & cheese. The ribs were so tender and seasoned to perfection. The bbq is amazing, they were sold out of the brisket but I’ll def be back soon to try that and more items on the menu."

"I spent the last year driving 15,000 miles back and forth across the country in an RV and tried BBQ in as many places as I could in all the self proclaimed best cities. I made my first trip to Fryers Roadside today and I can’t believe the best BBQ I have come across in this country is only a few minutes from my home! I love brisket and I’m always nervous ordering it somewhere for the first time because it’s really easy to mess up. I tried it here today and WOW these guys know what they are doing! It had just the right combination of moisture, texture and flavor and a beautiful smoke ring. It barely needs any sauce, but the owner recommended the South Carolina Gold sauce and he was right. It’s the perfect compliment. I’m not usually a fan of potatoes wedges because most places give you a soggy wedge, but these wedges were perfectly crisped on the outside and were very good. My wife loved her Cuban Sandwich and my daughter was a huge fan of the fried chicken sandwich. The service was not only friendly but it felt genuine and not the fake nice that you get in some places. I’m so happy to have such a quality BBQ place so close to home."
