"There was a misunderstanding by the manager. He didn't take my order correctly. I visit PizzaHut on Goshen Road so much I gave them a call. Then all of a sudden the manager knew what I was talking about...He corrected the order and I will more than like return to his establishment."

"They lured me in with $12.99 deal and when I go to pick it up it’s over $20! They gave me some pitiful excuse on why they couldn’t honor the deal because apparently those are “online” prices and since I ordered by phone I had to pay full price! At NO point did the ad say online only! Complete bait and switch! Also, without deals/offers the food here is too expensive for the amount they give you."
"I ordered pizza for pickup on a Sunday night. We decided to get a dinner box which included 2 pizzas , wings, and breadsticks. I found that to be pretty good deal but my issue was with the wings they weren’t sauced AT ALL. They were boneless wings with sauce drizzled on top. Not at all like other pizza huts I’ve been to. The manager was terrible in trying to help and told me they did nothing wrong on their end I was told to “add sauce to them at home and shake it in a bowl” which is ridiculous because that’s what I paid Pizza Hut to do! They could have at least covered each wing with sauce. I recommend ordering from someone else the manger there is very rude and he decided to not help me at all. I had to get assistance from a crew member who seen the problem and fixed it for me. Very poor customer service and food quality."
