Chipotle Mexican Grill

"After reading the other reviews it makes sense now. I got food poisoning from eating here the night before. Woke up at 430 am with terrible stomach cramps and lasted for hours. I’ll spare the other details. I also agree with the other reviewers that the employee attitude is terrible. The food looked like it had been sitting out awhile too, so I should’ve known better and went somewhere else."

"This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had in my life. The employees stood around for at least 3-4 minutes talking to each other without even acknowledging us. One young lady had her cellphone leaned against the wall in a full blown FaceTime call with someone. The cashier was rude & unprofessional. It was a pure circus. Horrible customer service. Absolutely no professionalism. And I was overcharged for my entire order. I will not visit this airport location ever again."

"Visited around 8:15pm on a Tuesday. The service was terrible from the worker that made my bowl. When I asked for a bowl she immediately started yelling about how they do not have veggies, guacamole, etc. and that they only accept exact change or cards. I was really disappointed that the white rice did not have cilantro. One thing that I can say I liked about this place is that they use tongs to pick up the protein instead of a spoon. I think I got more than at usual chipotles which isn’t really saying much."

"There was meat in our beans for a vegetarian burrito and they were not properly put together at all whatsoever. The ingredients also tasted horrible."

"Manager was yelling at staff saying the portions to big, then she would grab the food, throw it out and make them remake it. This held up the line and made the whole experience distasteful and uncomfortable"
