Qdoba Mexican Eats

"Ordered a burrito, got on my flight, took one bite into burrito and you could taste and smell that the tortilla was very old, had to throw it away after spending so much money. Older lady had an attitude like you were disturbing her from something when trying to do your order. Only good I can say was the young man that cashed me out was very polite."

"Just stopped in for lunch. They were out of salad and guacamole. Food was ok. Service, just awful. They wouldn’t give me a cup for water. Instead they offered a $3.25 bottle of water"

"I typically love Qdoba and I’ve never had any issues at other locations. I had a short layover so went to grab lunch here. I walked up and started giving my order and the employee’s cell phone phone rang - not the store phone, a personal phone in a folding case. She answered it! Completely cut me off while I was talking to her and just started chatting with the person on the phone. I waited a few seconds in case it was something like a family emergency and she needed to step out or something (would be understandable). She just stood there at the counter chatting. I then looked at the queso and it looked like it doesn’t get stirred (and it was only 11am). I also realized that there was a good chance that she would not wash her hands after touching her cell phone. I just put my drink back and walked away while she was still on the phone."

"Late to open. Then after I ordered my food, got my drinks and stood in line I was told he can't take cash. I asked how long and was told 5 to 10 minutes. After I had already wasted enough time waiting to order. Perhaps put a sign up letting people know that you don't take cash. Before you they stand in line, order, then can't get their food and drinks because they don't want to take cash. I don't get this Airport any more. Nothing is at it says or seems. Random hours, cash one day, credit cards only the next. Can't offer what's on the menu because they don't have the ingredients. If the lounge were open I'd be in there eating by now. Instead, I'm going without because people can't get it together. I need to pay better attention to the reviews left by others before me. It would certainly save me lots of otherwise wasted time!"

"The store had zero customers. I asked if they were still serving breakfast at 9:50 a.m., and the lady said no. As she stood in front of the breakfast items. I asked why the clmenu said 10am for breakfast she said, "I don't have time for this," and stormed to the back, leaving the store completely empty . So I went to Einstein beagle. She then turned away her next customer."
