"I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Carol doing my Japanese Thermal touch up. I usually get a really itchy scalp and a lot of shedding but she was super careful to put on a scalp protector and avoid getting too close to my scalp. The atmosphere was very professional and calm and welcoming. 10/10 for Carol and I highly recommend going to her for Japanese Thermals. The reason this review is 4 stars is because there was an issue with their payment system when I tried to check out… I was able to tip but not able to pay for the service. I tried 3x but the transaction wouldn’t save on their end. I was advised that the manager would reach out the next day and try to payment again over the phone. Absolutely no problem whatsoever, I get that tech issues happen sometimes. I offered to go to an atm and pay in cash but I wouldn’t have been able to get back before they closed so I was instructed to wait for a call. The manager who called was so rude and impatient to us over the phone. It really rubbed me the wrong way especially after having such a great experience with Carol. It’s not my fault your payment system was down.. I’ll chalk it up to her having on off day but her attitude does not match the energy of the salon and I advise working on her customer service approach."

"WOW this new salon is gorgeous! It’s modern and chic and overall a great vibe. I’ve been seeing Kami for years and each time she does my hair I swear she’s never going to top it and then she does. She’s always on time and actually listens to what you want done and makes it happen no matter what. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She is always planning ahead so the next time you come in she can build on what she did previously and that’s really important and what makes her a great stylist.
