"This place is horrible. Some of the workers, especially the woman working the day shift are very nasty and have no problem cussing at you. You need better customer service skills"

"I placed an order at the drive thru this morning and the Customer Service was horrible!!!! I ordered the wrong type of munchkins for my daughter and they had a fit. One of the employees taking the orders raised her voice for no reason. She told me I was holding up her line of cars. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts where the service has been this unprofessional. There is also a language barrier that makes the whole encounter even worse. They need to learn how to speak to a Customer! Very unhappy! I do not think I will be returning to this location!!!"

"The service here is second to none. Easily the best Dunkin' Donuts that I've been to. Unfortunately the parking lot and drive-through design leaves something to be desired. The popularity of this location causes the drive through line to congest the parking lot as well. If you come here during busy times then expect to wait a while in line, or possibly be stuck in your parking space."
