"I usually like this, Wendy’s, because the food is pretty decent. Compared to other Wendy’s. However, today I ordered a strawberry Sprite and a medium size. When I got to the window and I asked the person at the drive-through where the strawberry sprite was, he told me “you didn’t say Strawberry sprite“. Now I am a very intelligent person and I know exactly what I asked for and what I say, but out of fear for him spitting in my soda I just took the medium sprite but I’m very disappointed because I know I specifically asked for Strawberry . I did not get his name, but he had a star tattoo on his neck behind his ear and was rude. If I see him again at Wendy’s, I will ask that someone else take care of my order."

"We went to the one in Pasadena and there was absolutely nobody in there and literally it took forever in the pieces of bacon burgers, so small and not worth the price we paid Wendy’s just needs to retire. Sorry the truth hurts."

"My kid wanted to go here so we did a quick online order. when we got there, to our surprise, there was not the usual long line at the drive through. I gave my name and asked to have extra pickles put on the burger because they don't give that option online. we got a thin burger patty and no pickles at all! they didn't even add the right cheeses. This place is always a disappointment unless your just going for a frosty."

"3rd time is the charm with this Wendys and just don’t ever bother. I ordered ahead for carry out still had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order after arriving 10 minutes after placing the order as recommended. The man in front of me did not even get served and waited at the counter for 15 minutes before being helped. Two individuals who came in the store after me left long before I ever received my food. And definitely do not go into the drive through as I’ve never made it through in under 30 minutes. Absolutely atrocious service and never once was I even acknowledged while the staff ran around like they had no idea what was happening. Save your time and money and go elsewhere because after you wait extra time your order will not be right and you won’t want to wait for them to fix the order. I know I didn’t"

"I didn't want to give a star at all but I had to leave my review. I ordered an Asiago Chicken Combo. I bit into my sandwich and the chicken was raw. I hope I don't get sick but this is unacceptable."
