"Worse place ever!!! Came to get breakfast Sunday, had a whole meal missing & other stuff. Called the store, spoke to I believe her name was Krista and was told that if I returned another day I would get my missing items. I returned the next day, Monday morning to get my items and someone with an important role on duty parked me & left me waiting for more than 10 mins which is CRAZY! When I returned to ask for my meal, she mentioned had forgotten I was there & was on her phone the whole time. I was furious and my daughter was running late for school. She made it a big deal after she was at fault for not putting all my items in the bag for which I PAID FOR."
"Food is always on point, but they can never get coffee or tea right. Even after mentioning there is no flavor to the coffee, they still didn't get it right. The sweet tea is never sweet. This has been a repeated occurrence for months now."
"Worst burger I ever had so much grease on it I had to throw away more then half away contacted the number on window got oh we sorry don’t go there worse service look at the box all that grease"
"The general manager Brittany is very rude and very unprofessional. She talks to you like a door mat. The cashier in the front in the morning very rude. I do not recommend taking your kids here for a night bite to eat. They are in such a rush from the window being timed that the dining room customers pretty much get their food thrown at them. I"
"Do not use the 2nd lane. They do not respond. I had to go to the pay window where my order was taken, and I paid. I went to the 2nd window and was told the Orange Juice machine was out. I asked for water instead and was given an attitude. I will never patronize this location."
