"Refused to serve me ANY syrup with my breakfast food. We then requested a refund for our $12.14 order over a $.35 syrup. Smart move, management. Because the owners and employees of this company will never order here again as well as making it known to our customers as well."

"I went through the drive thru and ordered a oatmeal at McDonalds this morning. They did not tell me they were out of apples. This is the fourth time they just gave me the bag without telling me. I opened the bag and decided to go inside. The manager ignored me. I finally said I have to go to work. I was in the line at the drive thru and my order is not complete. He continued to fill orders. Then in a rude voice He said what do you want. I said that is not how you are suppose to greet a customer. He rolled his eyes so I said I would like a refund for this oatmeal you forgot to include the apples and did not notify me. He gave me back my money however, he had a nasty and unprofessional attitude the entire time, If you are having a bad day don't take it out on your customers. I come to this McDonalds 3 out of 4 days. I guess I have to find a different McDonalds. I am not going to pay for food and service and get bad service. Rev. Sonja Rollins"

"Food is fine, but we used the kiosk to order and it took a long time to get it. They also have an ignorant sign saying they won't give out cups for water which is not being a good neighbor or member of the community. I guess the underprivileged community should find another place to get water. The store could use a good mopping."

"sat for 5 or more nights to be told they was closed dude sounded like was sleeping with a dark car outside running no one was in it so basically someone was passed out in car had to run back inside to answer me then waited till thought I was gone & went back into car... definitely not a 24/h location if was closed with only 1 person looked to even be there..."

"Waited a while in the drive through. Should have known to just leave when multiple cars ahead of me were blowing the horn. Finally got to the microphone and it was dead silence for quite a while. Said hello a couple of times with no response. Ordered on the app and pulled up to the window. Was told cash only, when I showed that I ordered on the app I could see the great disappointment in the employees face. Waited a while for the food. Found that my burger had no onion although I ordered extra onion. The coke was diet but I ordered regular. No straw was in the bag and the medium fries were barely filled to the edge of the opening. The people who work here have no regard for customers. A long line formed around the "reataurant" due to the employees ignoring customers at the drive through microphone. Appalling and disrespectful service."
