About nails and spa

"The appointment was bad from the start. I needed a Salon nearby for medical reasons. I called and asked for a 1030 appointment, and they asked if I could 10am. I said yes. They showed up at 1020. Chairs were very worn, polishes were sitting out at work stations, floor was dirty, no liners for pedicures. I needed polish removed and a powder manicure. He wanted to do gel. He keep leaving to smoke. He had a blemish in my nail and when I said something, he was rude. Cost was more than I usually pay and didn't last but 1.5 weeks. Normally 4 weeks. Find another salon to go to."

"I was a long time customer at one point in time. I made a visit and waited 40 mins. My nails were prepped halfway and I was told to go to the pedi chair. After my pedi I was told to go back and wait again because she took other customers ahead of me. This is unacceptable. Mimi didn't do this to anyone but me. I refused to wait any longer and she had someone paint my nails. They are sloppy and the super glue that she put under my nails is stuck under my fingers. I tried washing my hands multiple times and it will not come off. Got in at 2:30 and left at 6pm absolutely ridiculous!!"
