"I had the WORSE experience here!! The nail technician had no clue what he was doing, which resulted in him messing up my nails, the shape of them, and the fill-in. Another nail tech attempted to fix his botched job but was incapable of doing so. I complained and made my concerns and discontentment very clear. I was never asked if I wanted to do a soak off. It was not suggested that the nail job be on the house. I was expected to pay for the services provided, even after I complained and asked for them to stop. One thing I have noticed about Asians is that their customer service is horrible. They will render horrible service, which for women affects our appearances, which ultimately affects our confidence, yet they will expect to pay for that monstrous service and not care about your unhappiness. They also become very biligerent and ignorant when you express your discontent. As if you are not a person with feelings and capable of actually being unhappy with something. I had to leave that nail shop with my nails undone to go to another shop to have the work fixed. The nail tech at the other shop could not make out the shape of my nails, which was the almond shape. My nails were bulky due to the guy adding too much acrylic. They were lopsided because he improperly filed. They were sore from him drilling and drilling at my nails, and my cuticles were cut. I don't expect perfection because we live in an imperfect world but I do expect fairness and accountability. None of the sorts were provided."

A beautiful aquarium that’s relaxing to look at. They have relaxing music on.The prices are good and the services are done in a very professional manner! They certainly know what they’re doing!
