"I had to back away from Jersey Mike in 2020, I didn't like the customer service. Took me 4 years to come back again. This time around it was better. The customer service was better, the appearance of the store was better, and I really liked the atmosphere. I say give it a shot because you might be missing out on something."

"Horrible customer service today. I walked in there first and no one was in the line And no one asked me if I wanted to place an order or anything. They were all just talking behind the counter. And then a man and his son walked in behind me. Then the employees started asking the man and his son if they wanted to place an order And I let this go because I was wanting to be nice. And then one of the employees came up to me and said that I need to go around as if I had cut the line. I told him that I was waiting there first and he told me that I was standing in the wrong place (in front of the cheese slicer) and that I would have to go around and that this was wrong. Absolutely horrible customer service. They made a big assumption that had cut the line and gave me no benefit of the doubt when really if they had just paid attention from the beginning instead of ignoring me behind the counter the whole time but they would have seen that I had gotten there first. I will not be returning to this location"

"This place is not for me. I know A LOT of people who like the sandwiches here but I just prefer something else. Staff was friendly and cared when I said it was my first time. They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as I am writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Please try it for yourself."
