Reviews
"I found the taste a bit different or probably milder than I'm used to and I'm a Trini. Low on salt it's a healthier option for those who can't eat a lot of salt. Mixed feelings about the food. But the place is very clean and I'll probably give them another shot."
"The flavors are great but the meat is super tough including chicken. I hope they cook the meat longer and the food will be perfect. The service is very slow but they are new so prayerfully it will get better. I hope they ate using fowl for chicken because that chicken is super tough. The prices are high and charge extra for using debit"
"Don’t know who these people are giving low ratings. They don’t know Trinidad food! Tried chicken roti, buss up and beef soup. Awesome! Gotta get there early today to get Polouri and doubles. Will report back, so so far, service, food quality and taste are top notch. Glad this location is in landover hill and I no longer have to trek to Baltimore for food trini food."
"Great food. Great menu options. As someone who's entire family is from Trinidad and grew up in NYC, this is one of the best places to pick up Trini food. It's worth the trip from Northern Virginia."
"I have a West Indian background and often times miss my parents good home meals. I came up on this restaurant by chance when I saw the Trinidadian flag in the window. Absolutely loved the doubles and shark and bake. Not to mention the owner (Allen) was a pleasure to speak with. Will continue to patronize this establishment in the future."
