"They change the pricing without changing their advertisement and would not give Customers the price they were advertising. They were overcharging by like $10 on their wings. Manager said he wasn’t gonna do anything! Bad customer service. Even though I drove 20 minutes to come get wings, I decided to leave empty-handed because of how bad customer service there was I prefer to take my money somewhere else."

"I ordered for to go, I arrived home, 25mins away from the location, starving, and got this. Going back to get my order right was not an option as it was 9pm and the location is not exactly close. Not only that is not what I ordered and that it’s missing EVERYTHING, but from the way it looks, I wouldn’t even feed the pigs with it. They just threw some ingredients in that box and made a salad from a sandwich, like I was their biggest enemy. It’s like I got it for free, not that I paid for it. The bread was crumbly and was breaking apart, that means it was old. I threw the entire thing away before finding out the hard way how old the chicken was. I’d suggest if you’re craving Charley’s to go at the Gaithersburg location."

"Bad Experience, I went to this location for the first time. I ordered my food and took a seat at least 30 minutes have gone by and my order still wasn’t ready. My order kept getting skipped by 3 numbers. 5 minutes later I finally received my food one of the employees there told their manager “hey boss that order isn’t complete” clearly he didn’t care because he moved his shoulders up saying “I don’t care?” I go back to the and let them know I’m missing an item the manager says “your food is in there” I show him my food and still says that I got all my items. Another employe then gives my missing item. The food was really cold the manager is an a hole. I’m sorry but I had a terrible experience at this location. I most definitely won’t be coming back any time soon. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND MAYBE FIND A NEW MANAGER WHO IS RESPECTFUL."

"I love Charley’s but this new outlet and management should understand a proper training should be applied before opening in a high traffic environment location such as Walmart. There are only 7 people working and it looks like they are struggling to get orders out in time. it takes over 20 minutes for our order to come out although it wasn’t that busy. I hope in my next visit management will fix all these issues because it has a lot of potential. Its management fault bc they are not providing proper training and or experienced staff from other outlets to help in the first month of opening."

"Visited the Charleys on the 30th and the girl at the front did not understand English let alone my order ordered one combo and was charged for 2 and would not give me the second drink asked the manager for a free lemonade purchase on the app and he said no asked one of the women at the front do you guys take apple she said yea when we placed our order the other women said we don’t take Apple Pay. They need to have people that understand English atleast working the front so people’s orders don’t get messed up in the future. PROBABLY WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE"
