"The quality of employees as well as order accuracy has really suffered in the past year. I left a review on their personal site as well; looking to hear back from someone from management over my issues & concerns. Most of the managers act like it's an issue if you bring up that 'they' made a mistake on an order myself the customer has paid for but now either gets the wrong item or the item is not prepared properly. I've been spending more money at Raising Canes in Crofton since they opened! Ecstatic they are building a Raising Canes across the street from this Chick-fil-A soon!"

"Great experience every time. I like that the employees wear a uniform and all look professional together. Wish all outlets were modeled this way. The food and drinks are always great."

"My son thought he made a catering order on the mobile app to pick up today but when he was leaving to get it, realized it must have not gone through. It was too late to make another catering order so when he went to pick up his milkshake, he asked if there was any way he could get the order and they accomodated him. That was very nice of them and so much appreciated."

"I was out there after 3:00 I asked for an extra sauce which is your ranch sauce, I order a Cobb Salad the young lady wanted to charge me for the sauce. I told her that I am never had to pay for extra sauce. I called the number that's listed for this store a recording came on asking for my remote number. I wanted to speak with the manager never got that chance because every time I dailed that number I kept getting the same recording. I come from Capitol Heights just to come there because it's nicer. Plus to me the size I need two sauces. I did a carry out."

"Man has this chickfila gone downhill. I frequent this location VERY often and the quality control just keeps letting me down time and time again now. I don’t know what’s happening or why. Almost every time I go or order for delivery, there’s something wrong or missing from my order, I don’t even want to complain anymore. This time, I ordered the new bbq sandwich, it comes with cheese… yet it was not included. How? Thank goodness we checked the bag before pulling off. I asked someone for help as I was in curbside and they bought me out a slice of cheese lol. I guess I’m supposed to warm the sandwich up myself so the cheese will melt, wilting the lettuce with my one piece of bacon and one squirt of sauce. Thanks Chickfila for an amazing lunch experience, can’t wait for Raising Canes to come!"
