"My order was not big but it took longer to make. Also, the orders of other customers that arrived after me were completed before mine which was confusing. The young lady that took my order was nice so they just need to work on the accuracy with processing and delivering the orders received."

"This is the second time I placed an order for salad, asked for extra cucumbers, and received none. I love that this place is so close to my home, and I am so disappointed that I can’t return. This time there was no pickle with sandwich, no dressing on the side for the salad and no fork or napkins. I called the restaurant to request a refund and left a message for the manager. I was told the people who made my order were new. I understand employees need time to train, but how long does it take to remember the basics that go with an order? In addition, the lettuce looks rotten for the small amount that is in the bowl. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would also hate for someone else to have this experience. Only eat here if you have time to go back to get your order corrected. UPDATE-I left a message for the manager no one ever called. I guess they don’t care."

"Had a craving for Firehouse subs and this location was a good visit. The guy working was friendly and the service was decently quick. The Turkey, Bacon, and Ranch subs tasted great and sure hit the spot."

"Not at all satisfied with my order. I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday, no answer. They don’t close until 9. Whatever. I ordered my sandwich online. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, there was a bag waiting for me. They didn’t have the chips I ordered with my sandwich, they were all out. I could see they were fulfilling a catering order, there were the chips I wanted in one of the catering boxes. Someone else will get them. The worker told me I would have to go through the online service to get a refund for my chips. That’s ridiculous! Then I checked my sandwich and it is definitely a small size instead of the medium that I ordered. I made the worker aware of this. I’ve been to Firehouse countless times over the last 2 years. Instead she decided to try and convince me what I ordered was in fact a medium. It’s not. I think they ran out of medium bread fulfilling the catering order and decided to still charge me as if I received a medium. Horrible! I will not return."
