Chipotle Mexican Grill 15500 Excelsior Drive, Bowie, MD 20716

"When my order was being rung up, I asked the guy for 6 salad dressings before he completed the transaction. I purchased 3 bowls. He ignored me and only gave me 3. When i repeated myself he said its only 1 per bowl, I corrected him and said no, its 2 per bowl. He proceeded to say, well we don't have alot so I can only give you 1. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM, he should have given me what he have. I'm able to see the tubs that are filled with dressings behind him. He decided to charge me for 3 more dressings and THAT IS NOT RIGHT !!! I'm requesting for a refund for the extra dressings. It seems as if he is making up his own rules, as he go along, it's UNACCEPTABLE AND UNFAIR. I will be filling more complaints, this needs to STOP !!! I do have my receipts."

"I don't post reviews, however my experience here has been the worst. The line was pass the door when I arrived. They stopped the line taking in store orders to get to a rack of online orders. One dude was taking his time. Once the started taking instore orders again about 5 mins later, the same dude got backed up again with 6 bowls waiting for his station. He had to refill several bins while those 6 bowls sat there getting cold. Of the other 3 guys working the line, none of them helped the slow dude. The lady in line before me and a guy in front of here, both complained as well. I should have read previous reviews as I will never come back to this location even though it is the closest to my house."

"It was nice to go in a Chipotle around 8:15pm and they were fully stocked and food looked fresh. The team member was professional while making all 3 of my orders. The manager, Karina, was kind and gave credit to her team. Good team members are hard to find but good leaders are even harder to find. I appreciate their great service"

"This sign speaks for itself. This chipotle is always understaffed, the lines are alway long, and they alway mess up mobile orders. I recommend you try a different location"

"I used to go here often since it was close to my house, but the service here is unbelievable. It’s high schoolers running show. I found hair in my food twice and and they did not apologize neither time it happened. And, the manager never told their staff to wear a hairnet!! Be careful to watch which surfaces staff touch before touching your food!"
