My son was upset with his cut and wanted to leave so I paid and left. It was chopped in straight rows and his bangs an inch above his eyebrows and straight across :( After the next day I talked him into going back and using another stylist he had before and she fixed it no charge! Thanks Brittany :) I feel like some are not comfortable with what is asked of them and kust rush to get paid and onto the next"

"Went in and asked for six inches to be cut off with long layers. The lady was very nice and had no problems with her. Cut went great(so I thought), left and didn't think anything about it. I am a person who washes my hair in the morning and does not dry it so I never paid much attention to it. Fast forward 3 weeks. I washed my hair and dried it and my hair just did not feel right. When I was done drying it, I went and took a picture of the back of my hair. It is NOT layered. It is chopped! I am not happy at all!! I will not go back there for a hair cut or even to have it corrected. There needs to be some training on how to layer, not chop!!"
