"I won't be coming back to Shades. I loved the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. I've gotten my hair cut here many times. But I took my mother for a pedicure and we had a terrible experience. They burned my feet with the foot bath, took almost 2 hours because they double booked their staff, and our pedicures turned out terribly done. I tried to reach out to them to correct the situation and it took them over a month and me chasing them down to get a response. I told them I will no longer be a customer at their shop and they sent me a gift card as a refund. Seriously? Will not be returning due to the terrible customer service and am still waiting for an appropriate refund."

When I go to a salon my expectations of what I want and what I actually get are always completely different! Not this time!!!!! My hair style is exactly what I asked for.
