"Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. They have two people managing the restaurant floor and counter at any one time. They claim to not receive online orders until the customer has already arrived at the restaurant and has been waiting at pickup for ten minutes. Curbside service is not acknowledged when the customer arrives; there is a phone number to call for curbside service, but they do not pick up the phone even when the number is called twice. They consistently take forty minutes to prepare the food, even though they claim to be able to have the food ready in fifteen minutes (whether you use the IHOP app or call the restaurant directly). It takes them half an hour to seat people even though the restaurant is ALWAYS empty."

"Awesome.. On Xmas day, I walked in and ordered 11 meals to go. Well staffed to handle large order and delivered it in 25 minutes. My staff enjoyed the food. Thank you so much for a seamlessly transaction. Great customer service!"

"I’ve come to this location a handful of times over the past few months, maybe hoping something would change but what I believe to be the manager is extremely rude. Not just to the customers but especially to his own staff. There hasn’t been a time I’ve come in when he isn’t yelling at his workers. I’m in genuine shock how he still has employees. He is extremely demanding and what seems to be making his waitstaff drop whatever they are doing to tend to his needs. Other than that the waitresses are very nice and pleasant and the food is decent."

"We went here for breakfast. I ordered the strawberry and banana pancakes and build your own omelette. The pancakes were good and sweet enough that they didn’t need syrup. The omelette was substantial and large enough from two people. The quiet of the restaurant gradually disappeared as more families showed up. I’m glad we missed the rush and influx of customers."

"Service was great. I came in on the weekend so of course it was busy. Once we were seated, our orders were taken right away. Food was made quickly. It was hot, well done, I can’t complain about the service. We ordered the Strawberry Banana French Toast Combo and the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancake Combo. My iced coffee with French vanilla tasted really weird, it didn’t taste like coffee at all. That was the only downside so I don’t recommend. There’s plenty of free parking. Location is clean. It was overheard from staff that the manager takes all the orders so he can take majority of tips. I don’t know if it’s true but that really didn’t sit well with me so that’s why this is getting 4 stars. I would have given this location 5 stars but I can see this being true because the manger did take all the orders. Majority of staff are Latinos and don’t speak fluent English so I can see why he would have to step in due to the language barrier but I hope folks are being paid fairly regardless."
