"The manager there is familiar from another Ledos restaurant and she's been excellent and super professional in all the years I've known her and she remembered me. This made my experience better. The African American young ladies customer service is excellent as well. Tone and all."

"Shame. I was been going to ledos over 20 years and I’m totally disappointed with the pizza and the chicken. The pizza is burnt and the chicken is fried too hard and dry! I spoke with Meg and she was close to argumentative about my not being satisfied!! Why is this place so different from the past?"

"The manager this past Saturday night lacks basic customer service skills. He was rude and unaccommodating. I had an issue with a previous order and figured I’d offer them the opportunity to make it right as I was picking up a $170 pizza order. The issue in question was of over a half quart of salad dressing missing from a prior order - not worth arguing over $3. It’s no wonder the once lively dinning area was empty at peak dinner hours on a Saturday night. Sad to say, the place has taken a turn since my days working there over 10 years ago. The pizza, on the other hand, was great."

"My family and I have been going to this Ledos for over 20 years, but we hadn’t been in a couple of years so we decided to go back and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We ordered buffalo wings, which were not fried well/they were soft, then we ordered 2 large pizzas and they were overcooked/somewhat burnt, and the bottom of the pizzas had so much extra dry flower crusted on the bottom, you could taste it while you ate the pizza. So we told our waitress who was so kind and courteous, she went to let the manager know and this is where their customer service is majorly lacking- she walked over to our table and said absolutely nothing, she just stared at us and we were all looking at each other confused. My husband finally had to speak up and ask her if she was the manager which she rudely replied yes, and then proceeded to argue with us about each of our complaints. She was extremely defensive and irritated that we said anything at all, not sure how she ever became a manager and you can clearly see by her response why this Ledos location is no where near the better service they had years ago. Thankfully she aggressively agreed to refund one pizza for us, and then went to throw our pizzas in the trash in front of us so we could see her do it. We absolutely will not be returning to this location again, and I highly recommend the Ledos in Laurel and Glen Burnie. Here’s a photo of the small cheese pizza I asked them to make for my 2 year old son- also burnt and overcooked. Our complaints did absolutely nothing, so please don’t waste your time and money going here."
