"Food was great, it was just very slow, nothing was wrong with the server, the kitchen just seems understaffed(there were 9 people in the restaurant, 4 of them at my table, 3 tables all together. took about and hour and a half to get our food)"

"This is for Bowie, Annapolis Rd loc; Anthony V. greeted me w a warm smile & sat me where I can plug my phone and had wifi access. He was very attentive, polite, professional, & prompt. Food was warm, cooked to order, & delicious."

"Nothing fancy just a good place to take the kiddos for breakfast. While our server was fine, no issues with her at all, but I assume is new based on the other person. The issues are with another server that I assume is a lead or supervisor. We ordered chocolate milk for our grandchildren and our server brought over their milk and our drinks. About 10 seconds later the other server with a black IHOP tee-shirt on started saying (and not to us) that isn't a children's size chocolate milk. She said this 4 or 5 times to other staff, but made sure we heard her. She was going on about how we were going to expect that when we came back. This went on for a while. Definitely not the way a leader should handle that. She should have quietly pulled the server aside and made her aware of the mistake. The way this individual handled it was totally uncalled for. In hearing her interact with others she was very sweet and welcoming. If we go back I definitely would not want this person as my server. Our first choice to take our grandchildren will be Grumps in Crofton, or First Watch where they know how to act around customers."

"My name is Meredith and my family and I ordered breakfast from IHOP on Annapolis Rd. in Bowie, MD, which is some of the best breakfast I've ever had. This has been one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever experienced. Sean (Our Waiter) greeted us with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! All the food was was outstanding, super fresh and mouthwatering. The ambiance is very beautiful and laid back. His dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon himself and the IHOP brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Sean deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for his amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks IHOP for hiring this jewel of an employee to represent your magnificent restaurant business! :o)"

"My hash browns were really gross and like a chewy brick and even the potato had a weird taste. The country fried steak and eggs were pretty good definitely ask for extra gravy and the waffle was perfect. The bathrooms were clean and it wasn't busy at all sat immediately & good service."
