"I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was very good. I got the Chicken Masala and I really liked it! However, if I were to take the service into consideration, it would be a 3 star review. I have a few recommendations for the establishment. When a customer walks in, have the staff greet them as soon as they notice them. “Hi! I’ll be with you in a second” always works great. I saw that the employee was busy so I didn’t bother him but any kind of communication that he noticed me at the register would have been appreciated. He walked past me multiple times. The employee didn’t say a word to me once he finally made it to the cash register. Without a word, he just looked up at me and waited for me to order. Typically employees say “Hi, what can I get you?” when taking an order. Maybe he was having a rough day and I understand that but customers do remember these little things, especially when it is a family owned business. Also, I ordered for takeout and I didn’t get napkins or plastic silverware. Overall, I really liked the food and I am the type of customer that will return for good food, but I believe that if you teach your staff basic customer service, your business will really flourish and you will 100% see a positive difference in your reviews."

"Had a terrible experience with the food. They mixed meat in the vegetarian dish. Did not feel authentic. Ordered a Panner Biryani found the meat pieces in it."

"Ordered take out. Butter chicken was good. But the palak paneer was very sour and tasted like it had been burnt. Then I pulled what I can only describe as a wood chip out of the food. Been here for the buffet and enjoyed it but disappointed this time."

"They give you rotten biryani deep fried. Too much pricey for a rotten biryani. There was hardly any chicken pieces. For $20 not worth it. The lady is arrogant and wasn’t there to attend. Most of the time spent in the kitchen. Lousy and arrogant attitude."

"They have amazing options of vegetarian biryani and I loved it. We tried: Andhra mirchi bhaji: the best starter I have had in quiet sometime Gobhi manchurian: it was crunchy and very tasty Paneer chilly: the panner was super soft Gongura biryani Andhra style biryani I don't have words for how incredible the biryani was. I will definitely go and recommend to try their food. The owner and staff of the restaurant is very welcoming and friendly."
