"They never let me use the bk app after it clearly says I can use it. When you question them they just say you have to order through the app. They are the worst. Never have this issue at any other BK."

"I had a drive-through order and realized that the extra toppings I asked for were not on my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Maria Romero (the manager) came to the counter, opened the sandwich with her bare hands, shuffled through it, and told me the items were there, she then proceeded to put the sandwich back in the bag with condiment packs as if I were going to eat it. After I told her that wasn't okay to do Maria took the original sandwich to the back and returned with another sandwich 3 minutes later. I asked Maria if the sandwich was made fresh and she agreed that it was. I went to my car to inspect the sandwich more thoroughly and discovered that it had not been made fresh. I went back into the facility to address Maria about what she'd done and she blatantly ignored me along with the other workers. I repeatedly requested the District Manager's information as well as corporate information and was denied. I honestly believe that because I am black the staff thought this behavior was acceptable. This behavior is very unacceptable."

"After my friend and I were stood up by an Outback delivery, we were so hungry and were pleased that Burger King had a delivery option via Grub Hub. Kudos to Grub Hub! The driver followed entry instructions, and the food came 10 minutes early and was freshly made. One complaint is that a requested ranch dressing didn't come in our bag (which had an additional charge, BTW). This is on the restaurant. Another complaint is that a $31 order ended up costing $49.00 after 2 service-type fees, tax and tip. The tip was deserved but wow...the fees are steep. We appreciated the service since we worked a very long day and Outback's non-delivery cost us over an hour and a half."

"This place is reliably open, but staff can be very rude. I've gone for orders for a pregnant wife, with a coupon, and was yelled at repeatedly because I didn't give the coupon code early enough. The food prices seem exceeding high, but that may not be unique for any fast food place."

"One of my tomatoes was left off my Double Whopper, which was supposed to come with two. I'm thinking that it comes with one since only one was on there. I go back to the counter to buy more tomatoes and standing with a dollar in my hand to pay, the manager Maria tells me that it's sixty cents and I was like okayyyy put it on there but she never moved, like I wasn't going to pay for it or had a problem with it. Then the cashier didn't ring up my extra tomatoes. I told her that I wanted it to be rang up and she tells me that she can't because I'm not buy anything. There's a button on the POS for everything in that restaurant. She lied in my face. After I finished my food, I saw that two tomatoes came on it. I let the cashier know what happened. She says that I have to wait for the manager but never tells her(manager) that I'm waiting with an problem. I called the manager Maria after 5 minutes of waiting, and she ignored me. I call again, and she says that she's busy. And I'm like I been here standing for 13 minutes to talk to you. Then she tells me she doesn't know what to tell me because it's supposed to come with two tomatoes. I said your worker only put one tomato and she would not rectify the situation. I had to say a real manager would've apologized and gave me 30 cents back, and then she gave me back 30 cents. Why did I have to tell her how to right that wrong? It was nothing more than my race that I received that treatment. If I were Hispanic, it would've played out totally different. But since I'm African American, she made it seem like I stole a tomato that I paid for. That her worker left off... I'm so tired of being discriminated against by foreigners who move to the country that I was born in. It's so sad that racism is very much alive in 2023!"
